Courgetti with basil layer dressing

For the sauce

1 cup basil

1/4 cup lime juice

1/2 tsp Himalayan salt

1/4 cup olive oil

1 tsp black pepper

1 tbsp black olives

1 tbsp garlic


Using a spiralizer, turn one full courgette. You can also add apple into the dish depending on your preference.

Mix the sauce with the courgetti and enjoy! This will keep in the fridge for up to 3 days in an airtight container.
