Pilates focuses on your ‘powerhouse’, your core and will build strength, improve flexibility, elongate the muscles, and work the body as a whole. As a result, you will be less susceptible to injury and gain more energy.
Fitness classes will help you burn fat with a higher intensity workout, improving stamina, increasing strength, build muscle and activate those feel-good hormones, improving your mental as well as physical health.
