  • Payment must be made at the latest 14 days before the course starts.
  • Invoices will be emailed with payment options detailed however payment can be made via
    bank transfer, Pingit, cash or debit and credit card
  • Payments made for a course cannot be transferred to another course. Where a block of classes
    have been purchased, they must be used within consecutive weeks
  • No refund will be given for paid up front courses however, if you need to stop exercise for medical reason’s only, you may transfer to another person
  • Children will be involved in various activities and so it is key that they wear clothing that you
    do not mind getting dirty. Evolve your Wellbeing will take no responsibility for clothing
    damaged during activities following this advice
  • Clients taking part in any fitness classes must complete the Health Questionnaire prior to taking part in
    the class and let me know at the start of every class if there has been any update to this
  • You must attend the first 10 minutes of the class to take part in the warm up section. Failure to do so will result in you not being allowed to join the class. This is for your own safety
