Bookings

  • Payment must be made at the latest 14 days before the course starts.
  • Invoices will be emailed with payment options detailed however payment can be made via
    bank transfer, Pingit, cheque or cash on your first session.
  • Payments made for a course cannot be transferred to another course. Where a block of classes
    has been purchased, they must be used within 6 weeks of purchase date.
  • No refund will be given for paid up front courses however, you may transfer to another person
    but this must be for the remaining of the course and not one off classes.
  • Clients receiving Tax credits must provide documentation to confirm this before receiving a
    reduced rate (where applicable)
  • Children will be involved in various activities and so it is key that they wear clothing that you
    do not mind getting dirty. Evolve your Wellbeing will take no responsibility for clothing
    damaged during activities following this advice
  • Clients taking part in Pilates must complete the Health Questionnaire prior to taking part in
    the class and let me know at the start of every class if there has been any injury
  • You must attend the first 10 minutes of the class to take part in the warm up section. Failure to do so will result in you not being allowed to join the class. This is for your own safety
